This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms of Use, governs purchases made on MarketNest.in, operated by Radha Govind Enterprises.
This Policy outlines:
- Acceptance of order cancellations before dispatch
- Acceptance of product returns after delivery
- Terms governing refunds and exchanges
- Customer responsibilities for returns
By placing an order on MarketNest.in, you agree to this Policy.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- To cancel your order, contact our support team with your Order ID
- Refund for prepaid orders will be initiated within 3 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
2. IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITION
⚠️ PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY
To claim any return/refund, customers must provide:
- Uncut parcel opening video
- Clearly visible shipping label
- Showing product condition inside the package
Without a parcel opening video, no claims will be entertained.
3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong product
- Missing item
You must:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share parcel opening video
- Share order ID and issue details
Once verified:
- Refund or replacement will be processed
- Refund initiated within 24–48 hours after approval
4. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with the product:
- You may return the item within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must inform support before returning
Return conditions:
- Product must be in original condition
- Accessories and packaging must be intact
Refund Details:
- Refund processed after product inspection
- Refund for product value only
- Return shipping charges are not refundable
5. RETURN SHIPPING
- Free return pickup for damaged/wrong items (if applicable)
- Customer bears return shipping cost for "change of mind" returns
- MarketNest is not responsible for lost self-shipped returns
6. REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are processed:
- Within 24–48 hours after approval
- Bank credit may take 3–5 business days
Refund modes:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- UPI (for COD orders)
7. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
Customers must share bank/UPI details for processing.
8. ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS WARRANTY
Customers are requested to inspect electronics carefully.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours
- After 24 hours, claims may not be accepted
- Some imported electronic products may not carry manufacturer warranty
- MarketNest does not provide warranty unless specified
9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Personal care items
- Customized products
- Clearance or sale items
- Items without original packaging
